 A. WORLDCARD MEMBERSHIP


1. What is WorldCard?

WorldCard is a loyalty card program which you can get instant privileges and recognition in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

2. How can I apply for a WorldCard Membership?

You can conveniently apply for your WorldCard Membership online  www.worldcard.com.sg or at any of our WorldCard Centres near you.

3. Where is the WorldCard Centre located in Singapore?

5. Do I need to pay a fee to become a WorldCard Member?

The Fee for WorldCard membership varies. A small amount of fee will be chargeable for each application, depending on the type of WorldCard issue.


6. What is the validity for a WorldCard Membership?

The validity of WorldCard membership varies too. The membership range from a normal 2 years membership to as long as a 5 years membership card. Thereafter, a small amount of renewal fee will be chargeable upon expiry of the card.

7. Where can I renew my WorldCard membership?

You may renew your WorldCard Membership at any of our WorldCard Centres nearest to you.

8. Do I need to pay a renewal fee?

Yes, a small amount of renewal fee will be chargeable upon expiry of the card.

9. Can I apply for a supplementary card?

For locally issued cards, there will be no supplementary card issue.

10. Is my WorldCard membership transferable?

No, all WorldCard Membership is unique and is non-transferable.

11. What if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Email us or alternatively, you may contact us at any of our WorldCard Centres nearest to you. A nominal fee will be charge for replacement card.


12. What if I would like to terminate my WorldCard membership?

B. WORLDCARD POINTS

1. What is WorldCard Points?

WorldCard Points is a form of collectible rewards awarded to you when you patronize any of our participating merchant's outlets. 

2. Where can I earn WorldCard Points?

You can earn WorldCard Points at any of our 1,300 participating merchant's outlets in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Click here to view our Singapore merchants listing. 

4. What do I need to do to begin earning WorldCard Points in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong?

5. How do I earn WorldCard Points?

STEP 1

Present your WorldCard when you make payments via cash or credit card at participating merchant's outlets.

STEP 2

Earn WorldCard Points easily against the amount purchased. The percentage of WorldCard Points will vary accordingly to merchants.

STEP 3

Accumulate WorldCard Points each time you spent at participating merchant's outlets.

STEP 4

Keep all receipts of transactions for reference.

STEP 5

Present your WorldCard to redeem your WorldCard Points onsite for products and services at designated merchants outlets. Do look out for WorldCard Welcome stickers or signage at participating stores. 

6. Will I get my WorldCard Points immediately after making my purchase?

Yes, all WorldCard Points will be accorded instantly or by the end of the day. However, there are times when the points will have to be manually accorded, which will be registered within 30 working days.

7. How do I check my WorldCard Points?

You may check your latest WorldCard Points balance via online by login to our website or transactions receipts upon spending at participating outlets.

8. Will my WorldCard Points expire?

All WorldCard Points have a shelf life of 24 months from date earned. In the event you utilizes your WorldCard to earn points at any participating outlets within the 24 months, your accumulated points balance will be automatically extended for an additional 24 months. Hence, the validity is virtually perpetual.


9. Is my WorldCard Points transferable?

No, all WorldCard Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value and are not exchangeable for cash.

D. WEBSITE

1. Why do I need to create a PIN?

You'll need to have a PIN for secure access to our websites. You'll not be able to login to our online facilities without a PIN.


2. How to create PIN?

You may create PIN by clicking "First Time Login" on the login panel. Please ensure that your personal particulars are to be completed accordance with the information furnished upon your WorldCard application. 

Note: WorldCard Malaysia member / Resorts World Genting Member unable to create PIN from WorldCard Singapore website, please visit:  www.worldcard.com.my to create PIN. After you have successfully created PIN, you may login to WorldCard Singapore website using the same Membership ID and PIN.

3. What if I have forgotten my WorldCard Number or PIN?

You can retrieve your PIN by clicking "Forget PIN", enter your particulars and a new PIN will send to your email address which given by you. 

Note: WorldCard Malaysia member / Resorts World Genting Member unable to retrieve PIN from WorldCard Singapore website, please visit: www.worldcard.com.my to create PIN. After you have successfully retrieved PIN, you may login to WorldCard Singapore website using the same Membership ID and PIN.

4. How do I update my user profile?
